2. Escape of Liquid (EOL)

Western Building has developed a highly responsive division that specialises in the Escape of Liquid.water damage repairs

We currently employ an in house qualified Restoration Expert and we have developed a team of highly qualified plumbers and an affiliation with Restoration Companies across the state that are specifically trained to deal with the Escape of Liquid.

      • Qualified Restoration Expert – Full Time Employee to attend site and develop restoration strategies.
      • Extensive Plumber base across the state with Thermal and Leak detection capabilities to locate and identify water leaks.
      • Plumbers trained to repair the leaks, with minimal damage, avoiding wall tiles if at all possible.
      • 24 Hour Make Safe service for Escape of Liquid supported by a Plumber Trade base that will attend within 2 hours.
      • 24 Hour Make Safe service where by Restoration Companies’ will be on site to commence water extraction and then begin the structural drying process if required.
      • Experienced Supervisors to manage all aspects of insurance claims from assessing and reporting through to the completion of authorised works.
      • Support and Management of the Insurance Company Customer to ensure a stress-free repair process for the Insured.

3. Commercial Building & Repairs Division

The Commercial Building and Repairs Division covers refurbishments, alterations, shop fit outs, reinstatements, major and minor building works in addition to each and every aspect of maintenance works, impact damages, roof repairs and a is also capable of providing access to our extensive data base of qualified tradesmen.
