This allows our Service Desk to accurately assess each call/ request and then effectively assign tasks on an as needed/cost effective basis.
Western Building Pty Ltd prides itself on a rapid turnaround time for quotations and reports and then very short time frames to complete required repairs.
With the implementation of our new Cloud Based System, this will only improve with faster response times with a more effective solution, creating a seamless experience for our customers.
