The Commercial Division provides repair quotations and reports to Property Managers, Aged Care Facilities and Not for Profit Organisations in relation to the properties that they manage for ALL aspects of the Building Repair Process.

They may range from Front door replacement, light fitting repair, malicious tenant damage, locating simple roof leaks and repairs.

Our Building Services Team also carries out complete Unit Refurbishments and Accommodation Upgrades at the expiration of a tenant lease.

With access to our Extensive Highly Qualified Trade Base, we are able to confidently offer a solution to each and every repair.

Our Make Safe Facility is monitored on a 24-hour basis, 7 Day per week with a team member able to effectively triage the call and determine the priority of the required repair.

    • Roof repairs – roof leaks, box guttering, flashings, re-roofing, skylights, downpipes
    • Building Services – carpentry, electrical, plumbing, glazing, painting

  • Western Building can provide and manage multiple teams of plumbers, carpenters, electricians, glaziers, flooring specialists, ceiling fixers, roof plumbers and general trades contracted and ad-hoc facilities.
